1. Non-Lender Advisory Services
Swift Line Capital operates as a business funding advisory firm and does not directly lend or broker funds.
Any payments made to Swift Line Capital are for advisory, consulting, documentation, or administrative preparation services—not for loan principal, interest, or financial products.
Funding approvals, loan decisions, and disbursements are managed by third-party lenders and are not guaranteed by Swift Line Capital.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Accidental charges processed due to technical issues.
• Services not rendered as described or agreed upon in writing.
• Pre-approved refund agreements authorized by Swift Line Capital management.
To qualify for review, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain fees and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Completed advisory sessions, strategy calls, or consultations.
• Funding document preparation once documents have been submitted to any lender or partner.
• Any third-party costs associated with credit checks, underwriting, or application submissions.
• Administrative processing fees incurred after engagement begins.
Once services have been initiated, labor time and administrative work are deemed performed and non-reversible.
4. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel any advisory engagement before services have begun. To cancel, you must contact Swift Line Capital by email at support@swiftlinecapital.com or through the Contact page.
If cancellation occurs before services start, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Swift Line Capital.
Once work has commenced—including document collection, funding strategy creation, or lender communication—refunds will generally not be available.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of written approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Swift Line Capital does not issue refunds by check, cash, or alternative payment channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Lender Fees
Swift Line Capital does not collect loan origination fees or payments on behalf of lenders.
If you have been charged fees by a lending partner, you must contact that lender directly for their refund or cancellation policy.
Swift Line Capital is not responsible for refunding payments made to independent lenders or financing institutions.
7. Disputed Charges
If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact us immediately at billing@swiftlinecapital.com.
We will investigate the issue within five business days and provide confirmation or resolution in writing.
We strongly encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company, as many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
8. No Guarantees or Promises
All consulting and funding preparation services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Swift Line Capital makes no guarantee of specific approval outcomes, loan amounts, or funding speed.
Our responsibility is limited to the services explicitly agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement.
9. Compliance and Good Faith
Swift Line Capital adheres to federal and state standards for ethical business conduct.
All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed in good faith, and decisions are made to ensure fairness and compliance with consumer protection guidelines.
Clients who engage in fraudulent chargebacks or misrepresentation may be reported to appropriate authorities or funding partners.
