Client Success Manager

Swift Line Capital is a funding and consulting agency that helps business owners and real estate professionals gain access to 0% interest business capital to start or scale their businesses. Through our proven strategies we're able to acquire higher amounts than the average person due to how we optimize their credit profile, set up their entity structure, and work with our relationships inside of banking institutions.

We are a vital part of their overall growth as no business can grow without access to capital. Unfortunately, alot of methods out there require rigours applicaiton processes, the risk of denials, or high interest rates that can eat away margins right from the start.

We've been getting tremendous results that our clients are raving about.

As a result, we're growing... And fast. Even as a new company which was established in August 2024 we are bringing on about 30 new clients a month located all across the United States.

Our biggest problem is that with so many accounts we need another designated account manager that can help with client communication, onboarding, training, coaching, accountability, follow-ups and making sure everybody stays happy while still producing the best possible results.

This person's sole responsibility is to help increase provide exceptional customer service while allowing our team to move faster in regards to funding each of our clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients by helping provide strategic advice when it comes to and train our new clinics on how to use our software and systems to get the best results from our consulting and advertising programs

  • Be the face of Patient Rhino as the go-to person for client questions, feedback, support and training (you'll be a 'coach' to their team and employees)

  • Help facilitate and guide each customer through our program to ensure they are successfully funded

  • Prep each client's files when it comes to their credentials, credit profiles, onboarding assets, and more so our team can fulfill quickly without bottlenecks or missing information

  • Build and foster relationships with clients while guiding them towards success when it comes to funding

  • Send invoices and collect outstanding payments from clients

  • Be available to answer client questions and provide first-class, fast support

  • Be self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks while working remotely

  • Run daily team meetings and huddles (both internally and with our clients)

  • Bring new ideas to the table to help with overall performance, efficiency, and operations

  • Help build and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for our team to follow

Compensation

Monthly base and / or performance compensation will be provided. Depending on level of experience in account management and understanding funding this range can very.

OTE (On Track Earnings) for this role will usually range from $6,000 - $8,000 a month.

Your compensation will also grow as we take on more clients and may be eligible to receive bonuses based on tenure, speed of funding clients, and overall value added to the company.
