We've been getting tremendous results that our clients are raving about.
As a result, we're growing... And fast. Even as a new company which was established in August 2024 we are bringing on about 30 new clients a month located all across the United States.
Our biggest problem is that with so many accounts we need another designated account manager that can help with client communication, onboarding, training, coaching, accountability, follow-ups and making sure everybody stays happy while still producing the best possible results.
This person's sole responsibility is to help increase provide exceptional customer service while allowing our team to move faster in regards to funding each of our clients.

Onboard new clients by helping provide strategic advice when it comes to and train our new clinics on how to use our software and systems to get the best results from our consulting and advertising programs
Be the face of Patient Rhino as the go-to person for client questions, feedback, support and training (you'll be a 'coach' to their team and employees)
Help facilitate and guide each customer through our program to ensure they are successfully funded
Prep each client's files when it comes to their credentials, credit profiles, onboarding assets, and more so our team can fulfill quickly without bottlenecks or missing information
Build and foster relationships with clients while guiding them towards success when it comes to funding
Send invoices and collect outstanding payments from clients
Be available to answer client questions and provide first-class, fast support
Be self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks while working remotely
Run daily team meetings and huddles (both internally and with our clients)
Bring new ideas to the table to help with overall performance, efficiency, and operations
Help build and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for our team to follow
Monthly base and / or performance compensation will be provided. Depending on level of experience in account management and understanding funding this range can very.
OTE (On Track Earnings) for this role will usually range from $6,000 - $8,000 a month.
Your compensation will also grow as we take on more clients and may be eligible to receive bonuses based on tenure, speed of funding clients, and overall value added to the company.

You're self-motivated and easily coachable (we provide step-by-step instructions on how to fulfill each role and task but having background in funding is a bonus)
You are extremely proactive and will pick up the phone without hesitation to call clients for check-in calls, coaching, accountability, and client requests
You enjoy coaching and training others on how to become the best they can be
